The Cottage was a beautiful place to spend our Spring Break, due in no small part to Claire and John’s fantastic hospitality! More than enough home comforts provided whilst preserving some spectacular original features. Meeting Jack was a real highlight! We would of course recommend La Coyère to any visitors and you will certainly see us again- we had a wonderful time.

Our second year has been as good as the first! Claire & John make you feel so welcome and The Wine Store is the best gite we have ever stayed in. We will be back next year, all the best for the future.

The Cottage is the best gite we have stayed in – very tastefully appointed and just what we had hoped, a great base for re-visiting the Loire. Warm hospitality and lovely setting have made for an excellent holiday. Certainly somewhere we will recommend and hopefully re-visit.

Thank you for our lovely holiday in your tranquil little gite. You have made us feel very welcome….like visiting friends! Both meals we have had with you were superb and the impromptu “wine & cheese tasting” under the stars was special. Your knowledge of the local area and the official wine tasting tour were great. We will definitely be back to visit more Chateaux, drink more wine and enjoy your excellent hospitality.
